With me by your side as your buyer's agent, I will guide you through the ENTIRE process, including, but not limited to:

  • Assist you with obtaining pre-approval from a mortgage lender (*important*)

  • Help you determine what you're looking for in a home, including  "wants" and "needs", location, neighborhoods, school district, etc.

  • Email you a report of all available homes matching your criteria to give you an initial idea of what's available in your price range and criteria.  I will also notify you each time a matching home goes up on the market or receives a price reduction.

  • Show you homes -  resale, new construction and foreclosures - that meet your criteria and may be of interest to you, regardless of which real estate company the home is listed with.   
  • Assist you with making an offer and negotiate the contract to ensure you pay fair market value
  • Help coordinate pre-purchase inspections, negotiate repairs requests of seller, coordinate appraisals, follow-up of negotiated repairs and conduct a final walk-thru before closing
  • Stay in touch with your lender behind the scenes throughout the entire process to ensure your financing and final approval is progressing smoothly as certain contract deadlines approach
  • Provide utility provider information so that you can transfer / set-up utilities ahead of move-in
  • Attend closing with you and help explain all documents
  • Follow up the day after closing, and periodically thereafter, to make sure things are going smoothly and answer any new questions that may arise after move-in
